About This Project

GM Engineering & Project was awarded the mechanical piping package for Reliance Industries Limited at their Jamnagar Refinery "” one of India's largest and most complex refinery complexes. The scope covered complete fabrication and installation of 450 MT of SS and CS high-pressure piping systems across multiple process units.

All fabrication was carried out at our Hansalpur facility under strict quality control, with materials sourced and tested to client specifications. Site installation was executed in a live refinery environment, requiring meticulous safety planning, permit-to-work compliance, and continuous coordination with Reliance's project and inspection teams.

The project was completed within the contracted timeline with a zero accident / zero incident record, and commissioning support was provided through to successful handover.

SS & CS Piping Fabrication

Complete fabrication of stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems to ASME B31.3

High-Pressure Pipeline Installation

Erection and installation of high-pressure pipelines across multiple process units

Hydro Testing & Inspection

Hydrostatic testing, NDT, and quality inspection with third-party agency sign-off

Pipe Supports Fabrication & Installation

Design, fabrication and installation of all pipe support structures and hangers

Third-Party Inspection Coordination
